Mr. Moses Biney assumed the role as President of the Intake 12 Foundation on April 19, 2023. As a Law Enforcement Officer, he has dedicatedly served with the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) for nearly two decades.

Mr. Biney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Education (UEW), Winneba, Ghana. He also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from Bolgatanga Technical University, Bolgatanga, Ghana.

Mr. Biney also holds several other certificates such as the Completion in Basic Infantry Skills and Border Patrol from the US Marine Corps, Participation in Basic Document Analysis and Profiling from GIS, and a Diploma in Fingerprinting from the Training and Development Division of the National Police Corps, Spanish Embassy, Accra, Ghana.

Mr. Biney is a team player, combines humility with hard work, and he’s results oriented.

He is a devoted husband and a father of four lovely children: two boys and two girls.
